Adam Gets NASCAR Approved!! TAG Motorsports News Release |
|
After receiving 4th place this summer in the Humpy’s Heroes Driver Development Program, Adam is looking forward to his new adventure. He was rewarded a 150 lap NASCAR Whelen Modified race this spring. To participate in these races he first needed to be approved by NASCAR. The paper work has been completed and the results are back. Brett Bodine of NASCAR Research & Development Center has confirmed that Adam has been cleared to race in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Series for 2010. |

Darrell Krentz owner of the modified said, “He was excited about putting Adam in his car.” He said, “Listen I’m a lot older than he is and I get tired about halfway through a 150 lap race. Putting Adam in the seat will show us exactly what the car will do and also highlight Adam’s talents.” When asked his |

thoughts Adam said, “I know I’m going to run at least one race in the modified series. I got that by finishing 4th in the Humpy’s Heroes program. If we can put together a deal with our sponsor I would like to run the complete NASCAR Modified season.” Hunt Brothers Pizza has been Adams sponsor for four years. |

They have watched him grow from a teenager into a confident, competitive, and determined young man. Simply put Adam said, “I would like to have a chance to give Hunt Brothers Pizza their first NASCAR victory, even if it’s in the modified series!” |
